“When I did a thorough RCPA, I came to know about a Gynaecologist in the outskirts of Hyderabad for hCG range (potential of hCG 5000 IU: 200 vials per month) and she also treats lot of patients with Bacterial Vaginosis and prescribes a competitor brand close to 50 strips every month. My call planning was only to focus Inceptova hCG 5000 IU and Vivaflora for the Doctor.
Initial two to three visits, I discussed on the advantages of high microbial count probiotics in Bacterial Vaginosis and gave the trial packs of Vivaflora. In my follow up visits, I started connecting with the previous call and probed on the results of the trial packs provided earlier.
The Doctor was very happy with the results, and I got an order of 20 strips of Vivaflora in the third call as an initial success. After gaining confidence on Vivaflora , couple of times I got 50 strips due to my follow up visits. Apart from Vivaflora I started positioning Inceptova hCG 5000 IU. Initially she placed an order of 30 vials. I continued with regular visits and ensured that the pharmacist gets the stocks of Inceptova hCG and Vivaflora regularly.
In the last three months, usages of Vivaflora is close to 200 strips and Inceptova hCG 5000 IU 450 vials in the doctors clinic. I thank all my seniors (RIC-Chandrashekar Sir, SM-Bhanu Sir and RE-Ramesh Sir), during their joint field work they have been guiding me on how to maximize the support from the Doctor by adding more products. Also, I thank the HO team for their timely support. I am planning RTM (Scientific Meet) with the Doctor and her colleagues in the month of June 2023.
I am happy to share that the transition of the Doctor from a non-prescriber to a regular prescriber now has brought a lot of motivation and confidence to me.
