"Hi, I am Ashim Chaudhuri working in Calyx, division at Siliguri, West Bengal. First, I would like to thank the management for giving me the recognition and rewarding my performance with excellent KRA.

I would like to urge all team members that we all have great opportunity to score excellent KRA as well as incentives if we plan well and follow all the SOP.

I was the highest incentive earner last year and got the KRA rating which is the best in the organization.

I am sharing my success mantras:

• Follow the basics of sales and SOP, planning well for product mix, having clear understanding about KRA parameters.
• Find the strength in product range, focus on them, identify the prescriber, simultaneously target other product prescribers through proper RCPA. Make separate customer set for different products.
• For Abhayrab, collection of POBs from retailers and look for sub stockist orders.
• Strict follow up on closing stocks, take stocks on every Saturday. If any stock is there above 40 days, Liquidation can be done through POB.
• Similarly, if any stock gets into near expiry period, liquidate it at stockist and chemist level. This helps you to get full marks in less than 1% expiry parameters.
• Engaging more Doctors in Digital Webinars and Social Media Platforms.” (Sic)
